Our Work Process

We will show step by step how to process your visa.

The first step is to determine which visa type you need, and check whether you’re eligible to apply for it. You’ll also need to know the documents that you’ll have to submit along with your application, how long the application might take and fees you’ll have to pay.Each application must comply with the guidelines applicable for your visa category. If your documents are not in English, you may need to get translations prepared before applying.

Once you are ready to apply, download the Application form D Type (Long Term) or Application form C Type (Short Term) as applicable, complete it, print the completed form, and bring it with you to the Visa Application Centre for submission. Bring necessary documents as per respective visa categories checklist.

Once you have filled your visa form, you can drop off at the visa application center with an appointment. Please check opening hours.

To pay your fee, log into your case in CEAC and click the 'PAY NOW' button under Affidavit of Support Fee or IV Fee on your summary page.

In order to find the latest status of your application, fill up one of the boxes on the right.

To collect your passport in Gulshan, Dhaka, you'll generally need to visit the passport office where you applied or a designated collection center, depending on the type of application (e.g., regular, urgent, or super express). You'll typically need your original payment receipt and a valid photo ID (and possibly your birth certificate for minors). If you're sending someone else to collect it, they'll need authorization and their own ID.
